My payment was declined when paying with a credit/debit card, what should I do?
Place your order again
If your payment was declined, you’ll need to place a new order for your clothing items. Unfortunately, we cannot reinstate orders after a payment has been declined.
Make the following checks
To help ensure your new order for clothing isn’t declined, we recommend checking the following:
- Verify your card details to ensure all information is correct, including the expiry date, card number, and billing address.
- Double-check that you’ve entered the security code correctly – this is the three-digit number on the back of most cards (or a four-digit number on the front for American Express).
- Your card issuer may have declined the payment. Since they don’t share the specific reason with us, it’s best to check with them or your bank directly for clarification.
If you’ve checked all the above, try paying with another card or alternative payment method (such as Apple Pay) to complete your clothing order.
