Note: Our orders only include product fees and shipping fees (if applicable). You will not be responsible for import fees, duties, or VAT (Value-Added Tax).
Payment Confirmation
Once your order is authorized and verified, a confirmation email will be sent to you, including details of your clothing items and order summary.
Processing
All clothing orders typically take 1–2 business days to process, regardless of the destination country. Please note that holidays and weekends are not included in processing times.
Shipping
Shipping generally takes 7–14 business days to reach its destination worldwide. When your clothing order ships, we’ll send you an email notification with a tracking number, so you can monitor its progress.
Shipping Fees:

- Orders totaling $69 or more qualify for free shipping.
Delivery
Please note: The total time to receive your order is the sum of processing and shipping times. For example, if you order a coat, it will take 1–2 business days to process, followed by 7–14 business days for shipping—so you can expect delivery within 8–16 business days, regardless of your location.
Our system automatically selects the optimal shipping logistics based on factors like the sales platform, clothing size, and weight. If your shipping address includes a “PO Box,” the system will review it against your chosen delivery method. If the selected logistics cannot deliver to PO Boxes, your order will be flagged as abnormal, and our customer service team will contact you to either update the address or cancel the order.
Tracking Your Order Status
You can track your order status independently. Once your clothing items leave our warehouse, we’ll send you an email confirming shipment, including a tracking number. Tracking updates should be visible within 72 hours of receiving this email.
